As the cheesy commercial said: in January McDonalds was definatly the "Spot". The resturant it self handed out 8 flip-car toys in thier happy meals, but the rarities were at the resturants located in Wal*Mart stores. The resturants in the stores also sold loopy straws with charecter's faces on them.
